Lama Zangmo
 

Lama Zangmo is nun, she totally spent 11 years in meditation retreat, and she received teachings from the most important Lamas of Karma Kagyü Lineage of Vajrayana Buddhism.

Upon request of Dr. Akong Tulku Rinpoche and Ven. Lama Yeshe Losal Rinpoche she leads the London Kagyü Samye Dzong, founded in 1998, where she offers the precious experience she developed during retreat years.

Her experience makes her an ideal guide for the numerous practitioners that turn to her to learn meditation and develop stability and clearness.
